This curry dip is super easy to make, but be warned, it is highly addictive. Made from cashews and spices it is the ultimate dip for fries, falafel; really anything your heart desires. 100% vegan and 100% delicious.
Soak cashews overnight in water. Alternately place cashews in pot of boiling water and boil for 20 minutes.
Drain cashews and add to high speed blender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend for 1-2 minutes until creamy.
